My Tree;

A tree has grown against the past;
Her leaves are green while evening lasts.
Throughout the field where scent abound,
In shine of day she shades resound.

Against the breeze that swayed her leaves,
She glides with ease and gently breathes.
Birds have come and called her home,
I'd see them sing but they have flown.

She stood with poise and just as fair
As the moon that lights her gracious hair.
A tree whose fruits are sweet with touch,
She grants delight well sought too much.

A tree has grown against the past;
She lifts me up and it shall last.
Towards the night she fills my day,
Beneath her shade-tonight I lay.

Pain

Pull me down tight and bound,
You broke me up this time around.
With every song I wrote for you,
What do you intend me to?

Is it my sigh that brings you ache?
Cramp me up and lay me hate.
Resent I do—I had you fooled;
Scream me off—you’re just as cruel.

I can’t be you; I’m not as fine,
At times I am as sour as wine.
Why should this be the night that is?
Aware, you are I’m thrown with ease.

Untitled

There are things in life we can't understand,
Love being one, is neglected by some.
Often we seek, others would wait;
Man finds woman-woman craves man.
Fiery and exciting love is always awesome.
But love, sojourn is what we all can't take.

Of all things in life we find to amaze,
Being shot, love is all that great.
Love is elate, boon, and shake; but
It's something we cannot blaze.
Love is far, shy or won't bait?
Worry not; it's not certain you'd rot.
